About me
KarmaEDV did not start as an agency concept. It grew from many years of practical IT work, curiosity and direct contact with people who need technology that works.
Stations
This timeline is deliberately simple. Another station can be added by copying one timeline block in the template.
For as long as I can remember, I wanted a computer. My first one was a Bit8 Parlante, one of the early learning computers for children.
With DOS 5 and QBASIC, I come into contact with code for the first time. Who still remembers the bundled game Gorillas?
An HP Vectra with CD-ROM and Windows 95, later even upgraded with a Voodoo Banshee. And yes: Windows 95 came with a thick user manual. Of course I read it.

One of Switzerland’s first study programs focused on software development. The foundation becomes broader and the practice more structured.

That year I complete the MCPD, Server Administrator and Azure Professional certifications.
The concept is the same from the start: pragmatic, responsible and close to the customer’s IT. The first website is, let’s say, ambitious.
The partnership with Microsoft has always mattered to me and remains a firm part of the technical foundation today.
Suddenly the light goes on: Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies will matter more than they first appear. I dive deep and have stayed with the topic ever since.
With my own home, a new world opens up. From lights to kitchen appliances to the garden, everything gets connected, tested and improved.
Business analysis has always been part of my work. After hardware, software development and architecture, I am now deepening this part formally as well.
I have followed AI closely since 2018 and stayed on top of its rapid development. Whether we want to or not, we need to learn how to work with AI. I help you understand this technology and use it sensibly.
